If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, we'll send you a replacement SteelBee or refund your purchase price (excludes the shipping charge). You must contact us within 60 days of your purchase and you must have purchased directly through our website (thesteelbee.com). Please note: items purchased through Amazon or other retailers are not eligible for the money back guarantee. Wholesale case orders are also ineligible for the money back guarantee.
